Except for Pingdom integration, url is unique per-Service URL that should be used to connect 3rd party service to StatusHub Service.
Behavior of this field varies between v1 and v2 integrations:

For v1 integrations, this URL share same token part between integrations and url is never blank,
For v2 integrations, each integration may use different token.
url is blank if v2 integration is not enabled.
