Retrieve an external application installation details

Show details of a specific External Application installation.
For security reasons, token is not returned. If app token is lost, in Management API v3 the only way to retrieve a token is to generate a new one with reset token operation.
In order to install the application, please refer to documentation of respective CP2 which will contain all necessary snippets and links.
